Hérumbil er samsýning níu listamanna sem hafa vakið athygli á undanförnum árum. Sýningin tekur saman verk sem vinna með handverk og efni á mörkum þess óþekkta. Listamennirnir vinna gjarnan með hefðbundnar aðferðir keramiks og mótagerðar, vefnaðar og krosssaums, aðferðir sem eiga rætur að rekja til framleiðslu nytjahluta. Verkin eru hérumbil eitthvað, en þó ekki einmitt það.

Ish is a group exhibition of nine prominent artists from the Icelandic art scene. The exhibition gathers works that deal with craft and material bordering on the unknown. The artists will ofttimes employ processes from ceramics and mold making, weaving and cross stitch, media that trace its roots to the making of commodities. The works presented in the exhibition are almost something – ish.
